10 January 2009

With the water temperatures slowly rising everybody can look forward to an increase in the amount of Tiger Dives we'll be running. Today's dive was well enjoyed by some of our guests from Hungary and Australia. We didn't have the bait stem in the water for too long before we spotted the first two Tiger Sharks. Unfortunately they left just before we got the divers in the water but were kind enough to come by a second time further in the dive. We were also joined by 20 or more Blacktip Sharks with their quick and agile antics.

We would just like to take this opportunity to thank all the divers who joined us over the December holidays. We had some great diving and a few days where it looked like nature was trying to keep us out the ocean. As of today we can say that the ocean is clean and beautiful. Visibility and temperatures are the best they've been all season.

For those South Africans returning to their inland homes we bid you farewell and hope to see you soon. For the divers that were taking photos on their dives: please email us some of your images, whether they're of your dives or the fun times you had on land.

May 2009 be a prosperous and happy year for everyone.
